The Central Valley Regional Water Board is issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject Project. The Project consists of widening a three-mile section of Leisure Town Road from two lanes to four lanes, extending an existing concrete box culvert by 284 feet, the destruction of a two lane bridge and constructing a four lane bridge, abandoning three 36-inch culverts.
