The Jepson Parkway-Leisure Town Road Segment Project is part of the larger, multi-phased, Jepson Parkway corridor expansion project. This portion of the multi-phase project involves widening a 3 mile segment of Leisure Town Road from the intersection of Elmira Road to Vanden Road. Project components include a roundabout, associated landscape areas, pedestrian walkways, curbs, gutters, culvert replacements/extension, and bridge expansions. CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0298-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Tracy Rideout, City of Vacaville.
