CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0047-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Michael Peterson, County of Sacramento, Department of Water Resources. The project consists of routine maintenance of Sacramento County's Storm Water Utility Service Area. This includes vegetation management and removal, non-native vegetation removal, sediment removal, maintenance of current facilities, minor culvert repair, servicing water quality stations, maintenance of storm water outfalls and a drop-inlet culverts, servicing water quality monitoring stations, graffiti removal from bridges, culverts, and other instream structures and removal of trash and debris from channels, gates, screens, racks, pilings, and piers.
