Document Description
The Palisades is a proposed hotel and spa, located at the intersection of Brannan Street and Silverado Trail, on the 25-acre site known as the Maxfield property. The resort will include 87 single-story one and two-bedroom guest cottages (600-700 s.f. in size), a main house, including a casual restaurant which will feature local produce and spa Cuisine (13,400 s.f.), a spa facility open to the public (10,000 s.f.), a small display winery (wine made from on-site grapes, but not for production) and barn (4,000 s.f.), and approximately six acres of productive vineyards on-site. Total building square footage would be approximately 95,155 square feet.
