Document Description
Construction of a new police station building (single story) of approximately 20,300 square feet on a 5.12 acre site. The project will also include 50 parking spaces for police vehicles and 10 parking spaces for the public. The project will also include construction of an access road to the station that spans Calera Creek and crosses the restoration area. Portions of the floodplain/wetland and riparian zone of Calera Creek will be restored. The California Department of Fish and Game (DFG) is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0170 pursuant to section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Scott Holmes/City of Pacifica.
