Document Description
The County of Merced Division of Environmental Health proposes to make additional revisions to the Merced County Code Section 18.02.02 (Zoning Ordinance Agricultural Zones) and sections of the Merced County Animal Confinement Ordinance (ACO) (Merced County Code Chapter 7.13 "Animal Confinement Facilities"). In addition, Merced County proposes to renumber Chapter 7.13 as Chapter 18.48 of the Merced County Code and transfer Section 18.47.04 ("Animal Confinement, Raising and Keeping Guidelines") to Section 18.48.030. This Merced County action is part of the larger revision to the ACO and modification of associated provisions of the Merced County Subdivision Ordinance and Zoning Ordinance adopted by the County in 2002.
