The vacant Project site consists of two adjoining parcels totaling 50.6 gross acres. The larger of the two parcels (APN 203-012-052) is 39.6 acres in size and the other parcel (APN 203-0110-081) is 11.0 acres in size. The site has approximately 1300 linear feet of frontage on Elverta Road, 340 linear feet of frontage on Palmerson Drive, and approximately 1500 linear feet of frontage on a new proposed collector street, which would form the southern boundary of the school site. With street right-of-way dedication, and acreage to be granted in fee to the Sunrise Recreation and Park District, the net useable acreage for the high school is expected to be approximately 45 acres.
