- The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) is a responsible agency for this project. The Hillview Water Company - Raymond proposes to complete all necessary CEQA documentation, all Labor Compliance Program requirements, analyze the option to purchase property to drill up to three test wells to be used in the future for production wells, complete a preliminary engineering report, survey, design, testing, and construction management of up to three test wells, complte design and plans and specifications for alternatives of a proposed pipeline, tank site, and well sites, and fi the proposed pipeline, tank, and new wells are not the selected construction project, completion of engineering design and plans and specifications for a uranium/arsenic treatment plant.
