Document Description
The Project is a 5-level intermodal transportation center with parking for 1,800-2,000 vehicles. The structure would be 950 feet long, 170 feet wide and 50 feet high. The slab on grade would be about 161,500 square feet, with about 700,000 total square feet of parking space. The 4.9-acre site is bounded on the east by the railroad, on the south by Palm Street, on the west by Pacific Highway, and on the north by the Port District Administration Building. Space for taxis, shuttle buses, vans, and transit buses is included.
