Document Description
The project is the construction and operation of a 1,800 to 2,000-space five level parking structure east of Pacific Highway from Palm street to Spruce Street in San Diego. The structure would have three ground level entrances and potentially a elevated grade level entrance from Redwood Street. A transit plaza may be incorporated into the level of the structure. Pedestrian access to Palm Street trolley station and provision for bus, van, rail, and shuttle services would be provided.
