Document Description
Within the Anaheim Resort Specific Plan Areea, C-R District, Project developmemt is proposed adjacent to the east side of Harbor Boulevard, south of the Disneyland Resort Specific Plan Future Expansion District. Within The Disneyland Resort Specific Plan Area, development is proposed at two locations. The first location is a portion of the Parking District, East Parking Area, north of Disney Way (formerly Freedman Way); and, the second location is the Future Expansion District, located south of Katella Avenue and east of Harbor Boulevard. The Project would provide for the development of theme park, hotel, retail, dining and entertainment uses and associated parking and transportation facilities.
