Caltrans, District 7 is proposing to construct an HOV Lane in each direction of Interstate 5 from State Route 134 to State Route 118 in Los Angeles County, in the cities of Burbank, Glendale and Los Angeles. The project will consist of reconstructing the median as well as several improvements to various interchanges along the project route.
