Document Description
The application proposes the development of approximately 48 acres of land within the Haven Gateway Centre Specific Plan. Development of the project site will include the construction of three industrial buildings totaling 1,082,085 square foot. Building 1 is proposed at 740,135 square feet. Building 2 is proposed at 228,552 square feet. Building 3 is proposed at 113,398 square feet. The project buildings consist of poured-in-place concrete slabs, concrete tilt-up construction with wood panel roof systems up to 36 feet in height. Truck roll-up doors will be provided on the south sides of the building to allow trucks to pull into the building for pick-up and deliveries. Additionally, the site will be fully walled/fenced and secured with gates.
