Document Description
The proposed project will expand two existing parking lots on the UCR campus. The project will expand Lot 14 from approximately 130 spaces to approximately 335 spaces and will include a new entrance from Big Springs Road, additional lighting and landscaping. The project will expand lot 30 from approximately 510 spaces to approximately 2,010 spaces. It will include relocation of the Canyon Crest Drive entrance and the provision of two new entrances from Martin Luther King Boulevard including a deceleration lane. The new entrance furthest west will include a traffic signal. Lot 30 improvements will include drainage improvements, lighting, landscaping, and shuttle/bus turnouts.
