Document Description
The applicant proposes to widen an existing private road/driveway over Sycamore Creek to a uniformed paved width of 20 feet. The majority of this work will effect existing road shoulders. However, the easterly segment will effect (approx. 107 sq. ft.) manufactured road embankment ans (approx. 77 sq. ft.) upper stream bank. The project included design features (retaining walls) and the Agreement includes minimization techniques to avoid damage to Coast Live Oaks.
