Document Description
The project involves construction of a 6,350 square feet single-family home and horse corral on an existing 40 acre lot. For purposes of fire safety, the project will be required to widen an existing off-site paved easement road from 12 feet to 20 feet. Said road crosses Sycamore Creek, a blue-line stream course. The maximum height of the single story residence will be approximately 26 feet. The project will require grading to create level building pads and a driveway, and will involve mandatory brush clearance for fire safety. The approximate pad elevation for the residence will be 854 feet. A leach field will be necessary.
