The proposed project consists of entitlements with 3100 East Imperial Highway LLC to build and operate the expanded Lynwood Marketplace. This Initial Study is based on a maximum 165,214 square feet of new additional commercial development. The proposed project will include a slightly reconfigured Lynwood Towne Center and a remodeled and expanded Lynwood Marketplace to conform to the overall vision of the City's General Plan and the Redevelopment Plan.
