Document Description
Increase the amount of aggregate produced per year from the current 335,000 cubic yards to 435,000 for the first five years and a possible incremental increase of up to 535,000 beginning year six. The applicant is also requesting an increase in production hours from the current 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, would remain unchanged. The General Plan Amendment portion of the application is needed to make changes to the Rocky Canyon Specific Plan so that it will be consistent with the proposed production rates and hours of operation.
