Document Description
Adoption of a Specific Plan of Land Use proposing 595 single-family residential units on 130 acres, 100 acres of retail commercial uses, 102 acres of resort commercial uses, 86 acres of open space, and a 2-acre park on a 420.75-acre site consisting of three distinct areas located northerly of Scott Road, southerly of Domenigoni Parkway and Patton Avenue, easterly of Beeler Road, and westerly of Patterson Avenue extended southerly in the Winchester Zoning Area. Approximately 72.21 acres are located easterly of State Highway Route 79 (Winchester Road), while the remaining 348.54 acres are located westerly of State Highway Route 79, northerly and southerly of Holland Road. Adoption of a General Plan Amendment which would (1) amend the Open Space and Conservation Map designations of the site from areas not designated as open space (334.75 acres) and Mountainous Areas (86 acres) to Adopted Specific Plan No. 322 and (2) amend the Land Use Element by adding a description of Specific Plan No. 322 to the Perris Valley Land Use Planning Area Profile. Adoption of a change of zone from R-R (322.55 acres) and A-D (98.2 acres) to SP.
