Document Description
The Operator intends to alter the streambed by widening Freeway 101 between Milpitas and Hop Springs interchanges, by adding a third southbound lane. This requires the extension of four culverts at the bird refuge and a new bridge over Sycamore Creek. Mitigation consists of restoration of the west bank of Sycamore Creek, downstream of the railroad tracks to the Santa Barbara Zoo entrance gate.
