This project includes site preparation and construction of a 3,2000+/- gross square feet steel frame building as an addition to the existing automotive shop, connection to existing on-site utilities, and site improvements necessary for building placement. In addition, this project includes construction of an office in the existing auto shop work area, bathroom/shower and parts storage. Site work includes installation of a sand/oil separator and vehicle wash slab, grading and drainage, paving and landscaping.
