Construction of the following improvements in the Southwestern corner of the campus: 1. a 19,700 gross square foot new Child Development Center (CDC) for the College's Early Childhood Education Program; 2. An access road for the new (CDC), and 3) A new parking lot (Lot X). The new CDC facility is proposed as a one-story building that would contain space for demonstration rooms, offices, meeting rooms, and support area. The new CDC facility would replace the currently used portables that are located at the corner of the campus' East H Street entrance.
