Document Description
CDFG is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1601 (SAA #R5-2001-0206) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, the City of Chula Vista. The applicant proposes to alter the streambed of Salt Creek for the purpose of developing the Woods (390.57 acres) and the Vistas (343.4 acre) sites of the EastLake III General Development Project (1,030 acres). These planned communities include residential (2,061 dwelling units), commercial and institutional buildings. The project is in the southern foothills of San Miguel Mountain, east of I-805 and SR-125, generally between Proctor Valley Road on the north and Olympic Parkway on the south in the City of Chula Vista, San Diego County.
