Document Description
A change in zone classificaton from E (1) (Estate - 1 acre) to C-2 (General Commercial) or a more restrictive district. The project site is a single parcel encompassing approximately one acre and is currently developed with three cottages that are available for rent by the week. The applicants are proposing to construct two additional cottages on the site, one of which would be used for a manager's quarters and office. Access is taken from an easement on the south side of the site. Sewage is disposed of by septic tanks and leach fields. Water is supplied by the James Water Company.
