Document Description
A Commercial Master Plan to allow construction of a 555,946 square foot office complex within 11 two-story buildings and 4 three-story buildings. Pursuant to Section 151 68 of the State CEQA Guidelines, this project ls within the scope of the project covered by previously certified Final EIR for the Planning Area 40 / Planning Area 12 General Plan Amendment and Zone Change project. There is no public review period required. The effects of the proposed project were examined in the Final EIR and all feasible mitigation measures and alternatives developed and identified in the Final EIR have been incorporated into the resolution approving the project.
