Document Description
The four VTTM, the Master Landscape and Trials Plan, three master plans, and park plan provide for the development of up to 459 residential condominium units on 72.68 acres; specifically, VTTM 17761 subdivides the 72.68 acres into 33 lots including eight numbered lots for residential development, two lots for private neighborhood parks, three lots for entry monuments, and one lot for a future wireless facility. In addition, 19 lettered lots will be created for a variety of common land uses, including 16 for landscape purposes, the Natural Treatment System basin, the Mashburn Channel and for the future widening of the SR-133. The MLTP proposes a network of sidewalks along all streets adjacent to and in PA 40 East; it provides for a varied plant pallet, conceptual landscaping and boundary and community walls. VTTM 17856 subdivides 7.61 gross acres into 16 numbered lots and nine letter lots for the development of 136 attached condominium units. The PMP establishes the building layout for all of residential lots and includes a request for alternative setbacks. VTTM 17857 subdivides 11.37 gross acres into 17 numbered lots and 36 lettered lots for the development of 125 attached condominium units. The PMP establishes the building layout for all of the residential lots. VTTM 17922 subdivides 12.76 gross acres into 24 numbered lots and 50 letterhead lots for the development of 150 attached condominium units. The PMP establishes the building layout for all of the residential lots and includes a request for Administrative Relief to exceed the distance permitted to visitor parking spaces and to provide required visitor parking off site. The Park Plan establishes community and neighborhood and park obligation of 2.39 acres and a neighborhood park obligation of 3.59 acres.
