Document Description
The project involves the demolition and remediation of the former Damson Oil Facility, and redevelopment of the site and a portion of the adjacent beach area to a skating venue and other public recreational uses. Proposed recreational development features include: a skateboard park, a roller hockey rink with a storage/first-aid services/information booth, landscaping improvements, and a segment of the new Ocean Front Walk bikeway. These recreational improvements are part of the Ocean Front Walk Refurbishment Project.
