Document Description
The proposed project involves the development of a textile laundry facility that would serve commercial and hotel industry uses. The 3.5-acre site is located at 265 Dove Court, and is within the Lemonwood Industrial Park at the eastern edge of the City. The proposed project would involve three development phases and would be expected to be implemented within four years. The project involves the operation of washing, drying, ironing, and folding equipment. Phase I would include 19,360 square feet of production area, Phase II would include 12,800 square feet, and Phase III would involve 12,640 square feet, for a total of 44,800 square feet of production area at buildout. The project would have a total building area of 54,105 square feet at buildout, and would employ approximately 195 people utilizing two major shifts.
