Document Description
The proposed project is a Major Use Permit Modification for an existing 1,177 square foot telephone switching equipment facility on a 5,000 square foot parcel. The Modification is to allow an 804 square foot expansion to the existing facility. In addition, Pacific Bell is proposing a boundary adjustment to enlarge the existing parcel from 5,000 square feet to 10,000 square feet. The expanded area will allow for additional parking.
