Document Description
The work to be performed consists, in general, of cold planing existingasphalt concrete overlay with fabric and shoulder backing using imported materials. In addition, asphalt concrete shoulders and rock slope protection will be constructed. The project will extend the service life of the roadway, help expedite the movement of vehicles, and provide safety for the general public.
