Document Description
DGS-Office of Technical Resources proposes to lease approximately 7,094 of office space to establish a fault-tolerant backup Network Distrubution Center (NDC) facility that will maintain the availability of esstential DGSHet and enterprise services in the event of catastrophic failures and diasters. Thirty (30) parking spaces will be provided and public transit is available within one-quarter mile of the project location.
