Document Description
This project will install a 30' x 32' pre-built relocatable building adjacent to the existing Child Care Center at Humboldt State University. The building will allow the Center to expand its day care services to an additional 12 to 16 children. The site of the building was most recently occupied by two small dilapidated storage buildings wihch will be demolished to provide space for the relocatable building.

This small building (960 GSF) will be utilized for day care for 12 to 16 infants and toddlers. The occupant load will be fewer than the 30 maximum allowable under Class 3c. No hazardous materials will be utilized in the facility. The site of the building is internal to the campus and will not have a visual impact on the community at large.
