Document Description
The project will correct fire and life safety issues cited by the State Fire Marshall, and bring the building into compliance with ADA requirements. Project also will include abatement of toxic materials (lead paint and asbestos) in basement and mechanical and electrical system changes to improve headroom clearance in basement. An elevator will be installed within existing interior space near the south staircase to provide handicap access.
