The Marijuana Suppression Team (MST), a sub unit of the Calavaras County Sheriff's Office Narcotics Enforcement Unit (CNEU), conduct investigations associated with possession and or cultivation of marijuana. The program includes the removal and destruction of marijuana. Inventoried marijuana case evidence is transported to the county's Rock Creek Landfill in Milton, where it is buried under supervision of MST staff.
