Document Description
The Department of Developmental Services will lease approximately 2,304 square feet of existing, previously occupied office space in the City of Thousand Oaks. The proposed location is at 850 Hampshire Road, and would accommodate 8 employees. The space will be used for the Regional Project Office, which is relocating from existing space at the California State University, Channel Islands. The Office will serve approximately 10 to 12 visitors a week. The Department of Developmental Services will need 20 on-site parking spaces. There is local public transit available within one-quarter mile of the proposed location.
