Revision of the SWFP to allow a change in the permitted hours of operation from the current 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday to 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday and 8:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturdays. The intent of the proposed increase in hours of operation is to reduce overnight holdover of processed wastes at the transfer station.
