Document Description
The Agreement provides for the granting of a roadway easement and the conveyance of land along the southern edge of a 2,410-foot segment of Neeson Road from its intersection with Imijin Road to a point near its western terminus. A 475-foot segment of the property is 20-feet wide and a 1,665-foot segment is 6-foot-wide.
