Document Description
The project consists of a General/Specific Plan Amendment to change the San Jose 2020 General Plan Land Use/Transportation Diagram/Midtown Specific Plan designation of Combined Industrial/Commerical to Industrial Park on approximately 18.7 acres located on both sides of Auzerais Avenue, between Sunol Street and Los Gatos Creek, south of West San Carlos and North Home Street. The mix of uses proposed includes up to 2.4 million square feet of office, retail and telecommunications uses, and between 350 and 1,000 residential units. The proposed structures would be up to 270 feet in height.
