Document Description
The project consists of a General/Specific Plan Amendment ot change the San Jose 2020 General Plan Land Use/Transportation Diagram/Midtown Specific Plan designation of Combined Industrial/Commerical to Industrial Park on approximately 18.7 acres located on both sides of Auzerais Avenue, between Sunol Street and Los Gatos Creek. The project proposes to reuse the existing on-site buildings. No other specific development is proposed at this time.
