Document Description
The proposed project is located in the Northpointe Park PUD established under a Tentative Subdivision Map and the Tentative Master Parcel Map. On February 4, 1997 the City Council approved first stage entitlements for Northpointe Park PUD including a Development Agreement, Plan Amendments, Rezone, Planned Unit Development Guidelines and Schematic Plan (P96-058). A proposal to reconfigure some of the original master lots within the PUD were approved by the City Council on November 2, 1999 (P99-077). The entitlements included a GPA, CPA, Rezone, and Tentative Map.
