D. Schematic Plan Amendment for Northpointe Park PUD; E. Rezone a portion of Village 17 consisting of 11.7+- vacant acres presently zoned R-1 PUD and a portion of Village 18 consisting of 8.3+- vacant acres presently zoned R-1A PUD to Public / Quasi Public; F.
