The project is the proposed demolition of the existing 12,400 square foot gymnasium and tennis courts, and construction and use of a new replacement gymnasium and three unlighted tennis courts at a private school. The proposed 43.917 square foot gymnasium building is three stories (one above grade, two below grade) and includes two basketball courts and related fixed seating, classrooms, locker rooms, exercise room, weight room, faculty and coaching offices, dance studio and related auxillary rooms. The project includes grading, tree removal, landscaping, on-site circulation and parking improvements.
