Document Description
This proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS 99-02) is for the subdivision of a 23.83-acre project site into 152 lots that have a lot sizes of between 2,400 and 5,316 square feet with an average lot size of 3,605 square feet, and a remainder parcel of approximately 3.3 acres located at the western end of the project site. As proposed, the project would result in construction of 128, two-story, single-family dwellings of approximately 2,189 to 2,410 square feet, and 12 duplex structures that would contain a total of 24 units for a total of 152 units. The duplex units would be approximately 1,210 square feet.
