This project consists of the issuance of a Timberland Conversion Permit for exemption from Forest Practice tree stocking requirements on 8.3 acres of timberland, following the removal of forest growth for development of a vineyard on low site III and IV timberland. The land is zoned as Agricultural Watershed. Napa County is reviewing and approving an Erosion Control Plan for the project.
