Rough grade 43,600 cubic yards within 23.32 acres of a 30.98-acre site. The 7.66-acre southwest portion of the site would be retained as a wetland mitigation area, consolidating several designated on-site wetland areas into this area of the site. This includes 2.36 acres of seasonal wetlands that will be relocated to this area from the 23.32 acre portion. The project sponsor developed a master plan for the new 23.32 -acre portion of the sire which would eventually provide 345,000 square feet of industrial space within 5 buildings, and one 10,000 square foot retail building.
