Document Description
The proposed application and project that would be addressed in this EIR is a requested site approval amendment to a previously approved grading permit, and a conditional use permit for the operation of an 18-hole private golf course on approximately 192 acres. The conditional use permit would also include the conversion of the existing 68,000 square foot restaurant building into a golf clubhouse and mathematics library/office use for the American Institute of Mathematics (a mathematics research institute). The proposed golf course would be for private use and be limited to 16 rounds of golf per day.
