Document Description
The Tenative Map subdivides the 3.26 acres into three parcels of slightly over one acre each. The applicant is proposing to build a metal warehouse building on each parcel. Building A (located on Parcel) would be developed with one 8,000+/- square foot building with 19 parking spaces on approximately 1.07 acres. Building B (located on Parcel B) would be developed with a 14,000+/- square foot building with 25 parking spaces on approximately 1.10 acres. Building C (located on Parcel A) would be developed with a 12,000+/- square foot building with 23 parking spaces on approximately 1.09 acres. The building would be 14 feet tall and constructed out of metal siding and a metal roof. Each will be a warehouse building with an office area not exceeding 25 percent of the floor area. Building A would have a metal roll-up door on the south and east elevations, and two roll-up doors on the west elevation. Building B would have an 8 foot 8 inch tall office portion facing Asher Lane. This portion would have a plaster exterior with a masonry wainscot. the remainder of the building would be 14 feet tall with metal siding and roofing material. Three metal roll-up doors face the north and south elevations, and two face the west elevation. Building C is similar to Building A, except that it would be larger in size, having two roll-up doors facing the south, west, and north elevations.
