Document Description
The applicant proposes: Restoration of riparian habitat along the Napa River. The project involves installing willow mattresses, walls, and baffles. It also involves some mid-channel clearing with sloping back of steep banks and placement of rock at toe of slopes. Upper banks will be revegetated with native species.
