Document Description
The Proposed Project Alternative consists of removing Saeltzer Dam, eliminating the water diversion to the Townsend Ditch at Saeltzer Dam, and exchanging 6,000 acre-feet of water through existing CVP facilities to Townsent Flat Water Ditch Company (TFWDC) shareholders. Specific actions consist of improving access roads to Saeltzer Dam, removing the dam and sediment plug upstream of the dam, and restoring access roads and site to natural conditions.
