Document Description
The proposed project is a 600-student elementary school, serving grades K-5. It would include acquisition of nine parcels (one parcel is currently owned by PVUSD Adult Education), the reconstruction and refurbishing of the existing adult education facility, and the redevelopment of the remaining parcels. Proposed facilities include refurbishing and expanding the existing Radcliff building located at 550 Rodriquez, a new two-story modular building with 16 classrooms, a new multi-purpose building, a variety of hard court playground equipment (basketball, two-square, four-square, long-square, tetherball, dodge ball, ball wall, hopscotch, and relays), a soccer field, and a 45-space parking lot.
